You can delete your account yourself, in the app.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open NRO Connect on iPhone, Android, or the web at app.nroconnect.com.
2. Go to Account and choose Delete Account.
3. Type the confirmation word, then confirm.

This Deletes Your Entire GroupWork Login

NRO Connect uses the GroupWork account system. Deleting removes your entire GroupWork login — the single account used for GroupWork, YourTalentPipeline, WorkKit, Design, Traffic and NRO Connect — not just NRO Connect.

You Have 30 Days to Change Your Mind

Sign in again during those 30 days and choose to restore your account. After 30 days, deletion is permanent.

What Is Removed

• Your account
• Your private details (legal name, pay-card ID, home store and District Office) and their change history
• Your unavailable dates
• Your travel preferences
• Your itinerary entries
• Your notification settings, read status and the phones registered for push notifications

What Stays

• Opening-board posts and private messages you wrote stay in the conversation and show as “Former member”; your name is removed from them.
• Staffing history and the audit record keep your name, as your organization’s work records.
• Support tickets stay with the organization.
